Who is Hayden?
Hayden was raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she attended Appalachian State University. Growing up, Hayden remembers her mother having an eye for design and her influence peeked Hayden’s interest in Interior Design from an early age. She has a twin sister who also has an amazing eye for detail and as kids they would rearrange and reorganize their friends’ bedrooms and play areas. Now, throughout her adult life, Hayden has decorated primary homes and vacation homes for her friends and family, in addition to often being called on to decorate homes for the holidays. In her early 20s, Hayden began selling Timeshare. She later earned her real estate and broker’s licenses and sold new home construction for a builder in Charlotte. She began staging all of their communities’ model homes, but eventually moved to Myrtle Beach.

$620.000 4Bed/3,5 Bath custom built home in the very sought out Waverly Community on River Oaks Circle. The realtor hired me immediately upon being given the listing. The living areas were all painted bright yellow with oak wood floors. The kitchen had two different black and gray back splashes while the baths were done in blacks, whites, and grays with many different shapes and designs in each space. We staged the home hoping to give it that” WOW'" factor as you entered and take focus off the other questionable choices of design. it worked, it sold in 5 weeks for full asking price.
